Eligibility/Qualification
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Hold a Master’s degree in:
- Electronics
- Electrical Engineering
- Physics
- Or a closely related discipline
- Possess strong knowledge of Technology Computer-Aided Design (TCAD).
- Have a solid foundation in solid-state device physics and quantum atomistic device simulations.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of compact modeling.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of 2D materials and first-principles simulations (DFT).
- Publications in conferences or peer-reviewed journals.
- Industry experience, particularly in compact modeling or semiconductor device development.
