- PhD in Computer Science or EE/ECE with a focus on machine learning applied to natural language processing, computer vision, or a related area.
- Strong publication record in NLP, ML, or related areas.
- Proficiency in programming with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
Job Description:
- Conduct research in NLP and ML, including areas like multimodal+embodied semantics and human-like language generation.
- Aid graduate students in their research projects and lead complementary research initiatives.
- Develop a personal research agenda and collaborate with AI faculty in vision, robotics, and ML.
- Advise graduate and undergraduate students and potentially teach courses if desired.
