Description
The PhD positions are initially limited to three years with a weekly working schedule of 65% of full-time employment, corresponding to 25.155 hours per week. Successful candidates will engage in exciting research projects, focusing on understanding the molecular mechanisms of bacterial resistance to phages and the regulation of glutamate synthesis in Corynebacterium glutamicum. Candidates will benefit from advanced resources, including super-resolution microscopy and opportunities for collaboration and professional development.
The Bramkamp Lab specializes in the spatial and temporal organization of prokaryotic cells, utilizing advanced microscopy, molecular genetics, and biochemistry.
