Job Descriptions:

Computational Epigenomics and Epigenetics in Brain Development Postdoctoral Fellows

  1. Computational Epigenomics: We are seeking a postdoctoral fellow interested in the transcriptional regulation and variability in the mammalian brain in the context of development, disease, and evolution. You will be funded by our recent ERC Consolidator Grant, giving you access to cutting-edge novel single-cell datasets. Your research will focus on investigating the relationship between 3D genome architecture, DNA methylation, and gene regulation in vivo.
  2. Epigenetics and Brain Development: This position is for a postdoctoral fellow interested in the epigenetic regulation of brain development and evolution. You will be funded by our recent ERC Consolidator Grant and will employ novel single-cell methods to identify, validate, and perturb regulatory regions such as enhancers in vivo. Your research will aim to relate their functional importance to cell fate decisions in mouse and/or human brain development.

How to Apply: If you are passionate about computational epigenomics or epigenetics in brain development and meet the qualifications mentioned above, we invite you to apply. Please submit your application, including a cover letter, CV, and contact information for three referees, through the application form on our website.

Last Date for Application: Until position filled. Apply now and take the next step in your research career with the Bonev Lab!
