02 Postdoctoral Research Fellows: Corvinus University of Budapest is seeking two Postdoctoral Research Fellows for a 30-month contract at the Organizational Dynamics Research Group (ODG) within the Center for Collective Learning (CCL). The ODG focuses on organizational behavior, learning, and change, employing a relational approach using network science tools. The positions offer an opportunity to work with world-class researchers, including Professor César Hidalgo, in a stimulating academic environment. Eligibility/Qualification:
- Background in organization science/management science/(social) psychology or related fields with a strong interest in working with quantitative data OR
- Background in data science/computer science/physics/mathematics or related fields with a strong interest in organization science/management science/(social) psychology
- Experience in analyzing data, preferably in Python or R
- PhD degree (or near completion)
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Job Description:
- Work closely with faculty members, including Prof. Hidalgo, to develop research projects and publications
- Present work at conferences and other academic events
- Full-time employment contract for 30 months
