02 Postdoctoral Research Fellows: Corvinus University of Budapest is seeking two Postdoctoral Research Fellows for a 30-month contract at the Organizational Dynamics Research Group (ODG) within the Center for Collective Learning (CCL). The ODG focuses on organizational behavior, learning, and change, employing a relational approach using network science tools. The positions offer an opportunity to work with world-class researchers, including Professor César Hidalgo, in a stimulating academic environment. Corvinus University, with a rich history of 120 years, is the leading university in Hungary in Business and Management, Economics, and Social Sciences.

Research Area: Organizational Dynamics, Learning, Change, Group Dynamics, Applied Social Psychology, Cooperation, Roles, Knowledge Diffusion

Location: Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary

Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Background in organization science/management science/(social) psychology or related fields with a strong interest in working with quantitative data OR
  • Background in data science/computer science/physics/mathematics or related fields with a strong interest in organization science/management science/(social) psychology
  • Experience in analyzing data, preferably in Python or R
  • PhD degree (or near completion)
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Job Description:

  • Work closely with faculty members, including Prof. Hidalgo, to develop research projects and publications
  • Present work at conferences and other academic events
  • Full-time employment contract for 30 months

  • Hybrid work (remote work for a few days a week based on agreement)
