Job Description:

10 Exciting PhD Positions within the HE/MSCA Doctoral Network “Natural Microbial Interactions in Winemaking-Associated Ecosystems as a Tool to Foster Wine Innovation (Eco2Wine)”

The Eco2Wine program offers ten PhD positions, each focusing on a unique research project within wine science. These projects explore various aspects, including microbiology, viticulture, economics, and more. The common goal is to unlock the potential of microbial ecosystems in winemaking to create sustainable and eco-friendly winemaking practices. The projects involve multidisciplinary approaches, international collaboration, and cutting-edge research methods.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must not hold a doctoral degree at the expected recruitment date. Additionally, candidates should not have resided in the country where the research training takes place for more than 12 months in the 3 years before recruitment. Compulsory national service, short stays, or time spent as part of a procedure for obtaining refugee status under the Geneva Convention are not counted.
