Scholarship Description:

PhD Positions in Adhesion G Protein-Coupled Receptor Research

Successful candidates will engage in the characterization of adhesion GPCR signals and contribute to the understanding of their roles in cellular mechanoreception. The positions are part of the Collaborative Research Center 1423 on “Structural Dynamics of GPCR Activation and Signaling.”

Eligibility: Candidates for both positions must possess:

  • A Bachelor or Master degree in a biological subject.
  • Prior experience in at least one of the methodological subjects of the respective projects.
