2-Year Postdoctoral Position in Macroecological Studies of Ecosystem Functioning under Rising Biosphere Novelty
The postdoc project will assess the capacity of novel ecosystems to mitigate climate change (carbon pools and accumulation) and maintain ecosystem functioning (resilience) under ongoing global change. The role involves macroecological analyses using satellite remote sensing data and existing information on plant and faunal communities. The successful candidate will contribute to ECONOVO’s research, lead high-quality papers, participate in public outreach and teaching, and collaborate with team members.
