Eligibility/Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Immunology, Vaccinology, or related fields.
- Good knowledge of infectious diseases.
- Advantageous to have knowledge about adjuvants and mucosal immunology.
- Ability to conduct immunological assays to quantify antibody responses (ELISA, neutralization assays, Luminex assays) and analyze cellular responses (Flow cytometry, ELISpot) in preclinical models (mice).
Job Description:
- Work on developing a vaccine against HIV to induce protective immune responses.
- Utilize mRNA vaccine technology to optimize immune response longevity, reduce reactogenicity, and enhance mucosal responses.
- Employ in vitro and in vivo models to assess protective mucosal and systemic immune responses.
