Description
The PhD position involves conducting research on defining, identifying, and estimating causal effects of vaccines and pharmaceuticals from observational data. The successful candidate will focus on real-world studies leveraging Norwegian health registries, exploring complex event history data, competing risks, individual heterogeneity, and estimation using machine learning methods. The role includes 25% dedicated to career-related activities such as teaching and advising. The candidate will be enrolled in the Faculty of Medicine’s approved PhD program and is expected to publish scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals.
