Biomedicine (with projects across neurobiology, immunology, cancer biology, computational neuroscience, cognitive neuroscience, Alzheimer’s disease, and molecular pathology of lymphoid neoplasms).

Eligibility/Qualification
- Academic Requirements:
- European Higher Education System: University degree + Master (minimum 300 ECTS) or equivalent for PhD access in Spain.
- Non-European Higher Education System: University degree giving access to doctoral studies in the issuing country (legalised and officially translated if required).
- Excellent academic record.
- Research experience aligned with the selected project.
- Motivation for biomedical research.
- Good command of English.
- International experience and mobility are desirable but not mandatory.
Job Description
Selected candidates will join one of the following research groups:
- Theoretical Neurobiology of Cortical Circuits – Cognitive computational neuroscience, programming, and synaptic plasticity.
- Lipid Trafficking and Disease – Lipid droplets as immunity hubs, immunology, bioinformatics.
- Immunogenetics and Immunotherapy – Autoinflammatory diseases, genetics, bioinformatics.
- Inflammatory Bowel Disease – Cell biology, immunology, data analysis.
- Systems Neuroscience – Autobiographical memory, cognitive neuroscience, neuroimaging.
- Microenvironment in Lymphoma – Cancer biology, cell culture, flow cytometry, therapy development.
- Alzheimer’s Disease and Cognitive Disorders – Humanized models, molecular biology, transcriptomics.
- Cortical Circuit Dynamics – Neural decision-making, electrophysiology, optogenetics.
- Molecular Pathology of Lymphoid Neoplasms – Tumor biology, flow cytometry, sequencing, bioinformatics.
Conditions Offered:
- Temporary predoctoral contract.
- Full-time (37.5 hours/week).
