Job Description: The successful candidate will:
- Hyphenate LCs to state-of-the-art mass spectrometers
- Characterize protein, lipid, and proteolipid samples using various mass spectrometers and fragmentation regimes
- Carry out analytical procedures for protein crosslinking characterization with precision
- Analyze quantitative proteomic data with statistical rigor
- Devise and create proteomic methodologies for studying protein-protein and protein-lipid complexes
- Collaborate on projects with colleagues and research groups
- Contribute to public engagement in science programs
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with colleagues on scientific protocols and experimental techniques
- Contribute to the public engagement in science program of the Franklin Institute
