Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD or studying towards a PhD in organic/surface or materials chemistry
- Strong background in analytical strategies for surface modifications (Raman scattering, AFM, IR)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Job Description: The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Colorifix, adapting lab-based processes to an industrial scale. Responsibilities include exploring surface modifications using analytical strategies (Raman scattering, AFM, IR), interacting with industry collaborators, and disseminating results across research teams. The role involves publishing papers, presenting at conferences, and contributing to creating more sustainable textile dyeing processes.
