Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Control Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related subjects.
  • Experience and interest in hardware design projects.
  • Familiarity with engineering design software such as MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW, SOLIDWORKS, or similar.
  • Strong scientific skills and experience in real-life experiments.
  • Effective communication skills in both written and oral English.
  • Independence and teamwork capabilities.

Job Description:

PhD Student in Automatic Control with Focus on Hygiene Technology

The PhD student will:

  1. Conduct experimental and theoretical research in Automatic Control with a focus on hygiene technology.
  2. Design and develop innovative technology for public hygiene and sanitary applications.
  3. Collaborate with researchers from control engineering, computing, product design, manufacturing, and health science.
  4. Work closely with academic supervisors and project collaborators.
  5. Engage in academic roles such as teaching, lab demonstrating, and mentoring undergraduate students.
  6. Represent the research group at national and international conferences.
