Eligibility/Qualification:

- Ability to perform and analyze large-scale genomics data (bulk, single cell, spatial).
- Strong collaborative approach to research and ability to work independently.
Job Description:
PhD Student Position in Spatial Omics for Multiple Sclerosis Research
The Ph.D. student will:
- Focus on the application and computational analysis of spatial transcriptomic and epigenomic technologies.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team of computational, molecular, and cellular biologists and neuroimmunologists.
- Contribute to ongoing research investigating cell states within the oligodendrocyte lineage in development and disease.
- Explore the transition of oligodendrocyte lineage cells to disease-associated states.
- Assess the growth and survival of transplanted seedlings and their variations among species and provenances.
- Examine the long-term effects of stand structure and species composition on forest productivity using dendrochronological analyses.
