Job Description: The LunaNova Fellow will be responsible for identifying and characterizing microbes, microbial products, and eukaryotic viruses in patient-derived samples. This includes studying the impact of microbiota replacement therapy/faecal microbiota transplantation on microbe/virus activation/reactivation and immune function in patients enrolled in the RESTORE-ME Phase IIb clinical trial. The role involves developing protocols, utilizing existing ones, and interpreting datasets through multi-parameter deep single-cell immune phenotyping and functional profiling.
