Eligibility/Qualification:
- Ph.D. degree in Physics, Biophysics, Nanoscience, Materials Science, Engineering, or similar
- Experience in single-molecule fluorescence (smFRET is desirable), 2D material nanofabrication, or nanopore measurements
- Creative, open-minded, and proactive researcher
- Excellent experimental and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Conditions of Employment:
- Salary: €4,036 – €5,090 per month gross
- Customizable compensation package, health insurance discounts, and a monthly work costs contribution
- Flexible work schedules
- Temporary assignment for 18 months
Job Description: The postdoc will work on the SIMPHONICS project, focusing on innovative single-molecule detection platforms and gaining insights into light-matter interactions at the nanoscale.
