Postdoctoral Researcher in Molecular Biology: Tampere University and Tampere University of Applied Sciences invite applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher position in Molecular Biology at the Finnish Hub for Development and Validation of Integrated Approaches (FHAIVE). The position is part of the ERC Consolidator Project ARCHIMEDES, led by Prof. Dario Greco. Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD degree in an applicable field
- Strong background in molecular biology and epigenomics
- Knowledge of qPCR and DNA sequencing data analysis and modeling
- Experience in dose-dependent analysis, cell biology techniques, in vitro toxicology, and pharmacology
Job Description: The Postdoctoral Researcher will work on the ERC Consolidator Project ARCHIMEDES, focusing on developing high-throughput molecular assays to monitor epigenetic changes upon chemical and drug exposure. Tasks include designing and optimizing high-throughput PCR and sequencing-based assays, developing experimental pipelines using advanced pipetting robot facilities, and contributing to in vitro toxicology and pharmacology research.
