Eligibility/Qualification:

  • For Research Assistant: Master’s degree or near completion of a PhD (or equivalent) in Computational Biology, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent research/industrial experience.
  • For Research Associate: PhD (or equivalent) in Computational Biology, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent research/industrial experience.
  • Strong programming skills in R, Python, or other coding languages (e.g., C++, Matlab).
  • Experience within a High-Performance Computing environment.

Job Description:

  • Analysis and visualization of large-scale ‘omics datasets.
  • Lead computational projects exploring brain cell types’ transcriptome, epigenome, and 3D chromatin architecture.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary research team.
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for an organized, methodical approach to work.
