Job Description: The Research Fellow will be responsible for delivering a consultancy project related to the development of a novel domestic radiant heating product. Key duties include conducting thermal comfort experiments, surveys, data collection, analysis, and report writing. Regular communication with the line manager and collaboration with project partners is crucial.
Other responsibilities include:
- Developing research objectives, projects, and proposals.
- Contributing to the development of new models, techniques, and methods.
- Planning, coordinating, and implementing research projects.
- Analyzing and interpreting data, preparing and submitting papers for conferences and publications.
- Ensuring research is conducted to ethical and governance standards.
- Managing research resources and budgets effectively.
- Identifying potential funding sources and contributing to securing funds.
- Participating in commercial and consultancy activities.
- Acting as an ambassador for LJMU and promoting diversity and inclusion.
