Postdoc in France

Post-doctoral position in Tomography: SOLEIL, the French synchrotron radiation source, is inviting applications for a post-doctoral position in the field of materials science and computing for the AIQuAM3D project. This project involves applying artificial intelligence to additive manufacturing by laser-powder bed fusion (L-PBF). The post-doc will work on the ANATOMIX and PSICHÉ beamlines, focusing on characterizing defects in additively manufactured specimens and developing software tools for real-time tomography reconstruction and data analysis. The position is for 2 years and starts by June 2024 at the latest.
