Eligibility/Qualification:
- Ph.D. in anthropology or a related discipline, or evidence of successful completion before the designated starting date.
- Long-term, in-depth field research on a specific social issue with rich ethnographic data.
- Commitment to reconceptualizing data using the common concerns approach.
Job Description: The selected candidate will engage in:
- Conducting long-term, in-depth field research on a social issue.
- Reconceiving accumulated data in line with the common concerns approach.
- Commitment to broad conceptualization beyond specific case studies.
- Developing intellectually deep and publicly relevant analyses.
- Participating in supplementary field research, public engagement, and conferences.
