Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Master’s or equivalent degree/diploma in a project-related field (e.g., ecology, geography, palaeoecology, botany, bioinformatics, biostatistics, environmental sciences).
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Motivation to learn new skills and enthusiasm for team building and collaboration.

Job Description:

  • Conduct research on Holocene Diversity Trends, exploring spatio-temporal patterns of global plant biodiversity.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art databases and advanced numerical techniques.
  • Employ machine learning and data science approaches to understand the drivers influencing plant biodiversity since the Last Glacial Maximum.
  • Collaborate within a global network of interdisciplinary researchers.
