Description: The selected PhD student will collaborate with the Lymphoma Genomics Group, utilizing state-of-the-art bioinformatics tools to investigate transcriptome and epigenome changes in lymphomas. This involves analyzing experimental and clinical samples, including single-cell sequencing studies. The position offers enrollment in the International PhD Program in Cancer Biology and Oncology at the Università della Svizzera italiana (USI), exposure to cutting-edge research, and interaction with leaders in the field.
