Eligibility/Qualification
- Completed degree in biological sciences, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in methods such as single cell and bulk sequencing, immunogenomics datasets analysis, and data management in a UNIX environment.
- Strong programming skills in R, Python, shell, or similar languages.
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Interest in collaborating with national and international research groups.
- Strong organizational skills and an independent working style.
Job Description
- Collection, cryoconservation, and processing of primary human blood and bone marrow samples.
- Planning and executing single cell and bulk sequencing experiments.
- Analyzing single cell and immunogenomics datasets.
- Developing custom sequencing methods and analysis pipelines.
- Managing and processing raw data on cluster infrastructure.
- Planning and executing follow-up experiments in collaboration with the team (e.g., co-culture experiments with T cells and tumor cells).
