Eligibility/Qualification:
- Completed scientific university degree in Biology, Medicine, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or related disciplines
- Preferably a Ph.D. degree
- Proficiency in data management with a focus on open-source solutions
- Strong communication skills and a keen interest in research data management
- Familiarity with tools like OMERO, eLabFTW, Dataverse, Git, and data archiving
- Excellent English language skills
- Willingness to travel
Job Description:
- Manage research data within the SFB 1430 project, focusing on technical and organizational aspects utilizing various data management tools
- Provide guidance and support to researchers in data management processes
- Develop and implement data management workflows
- Promote sustainable data management practices and repository data submission
- Oversee electronic laboratory journals, microscopy data platforms, and central data repositories
- Conduct training sessions, project management, documentation, and publications
- Engage with the FDM community and National Research Data Infrastructure
