Job Description:
The selected Ph.D. candidates will join an interdisciplinary group working at the intersection of DNA nanotechnology and nanophotonics. The research will involve the design, fabrication, and characterization of DNA-based optical antennas, functionalization of analytes, and the development of advanced optical measurements. The project builds on pioneering work in the assembly of high-index dielectric nanoparticles using DNA origami. Successful candidates will engage in collaborations and potential research stays with renowned professors in Santander, Buenos Aires, San Sebastian, and Kobe.
