Eligibility/Qualification:
- Completion of a relevant master’s degree in fields such as strategic management, leadership, engineering management, project management, or other areas relevant to the PhD project.
- Work experience from working with infrastructure projects.
- Process-oriented and able to transform complex theoretical knowledge into application-oriented solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in writing and speech, as well as proficiency in English.
- Strong skills in processing and analysis of large amounts of data.
Job Description:
The selected candidate will be responsible for researching and developing governance practices for major infrastructure projects. Collaborating with best-in-class engineering project organizations in both Norway and Denmark, the candidate will engage in an interdisciplinary environment, targeting the improvement of governance, planning, and execution of projects, and managing risks across their lifecycle.
