PostDoctoral Associate in Gastroenterology Research: The Wu Lab at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School is seeking a dedicated and motivated Postdoctoral Associate to join our team. The lab focuses on innovative approaches to improve cancer treatment, specifically investigating metabolism, epigenetics, and immune system evasion in gastrointestinal (GI) cancers.

Eligibility/Qualification:
- Ph.D. in Biological Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related discipline
- Minimum of three years of research experience in relevant areas such as Molecular Biology, RNA Biology, Biochemistry, animal modeling, Immunology, Cancer Biology, or Epigenetics
- Proficiency in molecular biology techniques, including qPCR, cloning, and Western blotting
- Background in immunology and/or epigenetics highly desirable
Job Description:
- Conduct research on metabolism, epigenetics, and immune evasion in GI cancers
- Utilize mouse models, cellular immunology, CRISPR-based genomics, histology, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry
- Work on developing new therapeutic strategies
- Independently coordinate multiple projects with excellent communication skills
