- Ph.D. in physics, quantum information science, or related field
- Expertise in experimental quantum optics
- Strong theoretical understanding of quantum information
- Experience in continuous variable quantum information processing
- Proficiency in programming and data analysis
- Job Description:
- Realize a sub-universal continuous variable quantum computing platform
- Create a large temporally encoded cluster state using squeezed light
- Induce transformations on the resource state through homodyne measurements
- Demonstrate sub-universal quantum sampling algorithms
- Operate and maintain an experimental setup for photonic quantum computing
- Acquire, analyze, and interpret experimental data
- Collaborate with researchers from other institutions
- Prepare manuscripts for publications and present research findings
- Secure progress of experimental work on a daily basis
