Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a post-doctoral research associate to join our multi-disciplinary team and contribute to improved diagnosis and management of fever in sub-Saharan Africa. The NIHR Global Health Research Group on Zoonotic Causes of Acute Febrile Illness (“ZAFI”) seeks a dedicated individual with a background in epidemiology and infectious diseases. The successful candidate will be based full time in Nairobi, Kenya, hosted by the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI), contributing to hospital-based studies, capacity building initiatives for local researchers, and project activities across sites in Uganda, Ethiopia, and other parts of Kenya.
