Job Description:
- Contribute to the development of nanobiocatalytic materials to catalyze the depletion of cancer-related metabolites.
- Screen enzyme families and relevant metabolites for potential molecular targets for artificial metabolic intervention in cancer cell biology.
- Formulate identified enzymes through chemical modification and immobilization techniques for improved delivery and immune evasion.
- Evaluate biocatalytic formulations in cell cultures and pre-clinical animal models using molecular and cellular biology techniques.
