Eligibility/Qualification:

- Research experience in developmental/stem cell biology, genetics, or molecular biology
- Practical experience in cell culture, imaging, and bioinformatics is beneficial but not mandatory
Job Description:
- Conduct research in stem cell biology and developmental genetics with a focus on gonadal cellular phenotypes and gene regulatory networks.
- Utilize genome editing methods to explore gene function during in vitro gonadal differentiation.
- Investigate protein-protein interactions and gene expression patterns in human and murine systems.
- Contribute to understanding the mechanisms of sex determination and gonad development.
