Eligibility/Qualification:
- MSc degree in computer science, biostatistics, bioinformatics, biomathematics, or a relevant field
- Less than 4 years since the completion of the first MSc degree
- Good English skills and a certificate to prove those skills
- Transnational mobility: Not having resided or carried out the main activity in Norway for more than 12 months in the 3 years immediately prior to recruitment
Job Description:
The successful candidate will join the research group of Prof. Tero Aittokallio, specializing in computational approaches that integrate multi-omics genomic and molecular profiling data. Key objectives include the integration of spatial transcriptomics and single-cell RNA-sequencing data, identification of tumor cell-macrophage interactions in relation to clinical data, and the application of multi-modal AI algorithms to define new targets for improved immunotherapy.
