Job Description
The successful applicant will:
- Assess the conservation of transcription factor functions across Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains.
- Apply high-throughput methods to characterize transcriptional regulatory networks.
- Focus on interactions between transcription factors and DNA using methods including ChIP-seq and DAP-seq.
The candidate will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art sequencers and mass spectrometers in a collaborative and dynamic research environment. The overarching goal is to understand how transcription factors drive decision-making in bacterial pathogens and develop new therapeutic strategies.
