- Expertise in any of the following areas: genetics, genomics, computational biology, molecular biology, and microscopy.
- Male applicants must have completed Mexican military service.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Job Description
The postdoctoral researcher will:
- Engage in innovative research on embryo and endosperm development in Arabidopsis seeds.
- Utilize techniques from genetics, genomics, computational biology, and microscopy.
- Participate in mentoring activities and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative lab environment.
- Be encouraged to present research findings at international conferences.
- After the initial one-year funding by Cinvestav, candidates can apply for further funding opportunities from CONAHCyT.
This position offers health insurance and benefits, with salary determined according to Cinvestav guidelines based on the applicant’s CV.
