Eligibility/Qualification:
- Ph.D. in cell biology, molecular biology, biophysics, biomedical engineering, or related fields.
- Prior research experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Pluripotent stem cell biology and differentiation
- Advanced microscopy
- Genome editing
- Proteomics
- A publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse, transcontinental team.
- Experience with R, Python, or similar statistical packages is preferred, along with experience in proteomics data analyses and bioinformatics.

The Hinson Lab seeks an independent and highly motivated scientist to be part of a trans-continental collaborative group funded by the Human Frontiers Science Program (HFSP). The role will involve:
- Leveraging pluripotent stem cell technology to investigate heart failure and muscle disorders.
- Utilizing advanced imaging methods and protein-protein interaction studies.
- Collaborating with a world-class consortium across various specialties including stem cell biology, 3D organoid assays, super-resolution microscopy, and structural biology.
