Eligibility/Qualification
- Excellent university degree (master’s or comparable) in Electrical Engineering.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.

Job Description
The PhD student will:
- Conduct experiments in the Dresden cleanrooms focusing on contact schemes for two-terminal devices and transistors.
- Characterize the devices electrically.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues at TUD and RWTH Aachen and support various groups within the project.
