Job Description:

The successful candidate will:

  1. Design and implement new synthetic pathways for organic molecules, transition metal complexes, and functionalized carbon nanomaterials.
  2. Analyze the electronic architectures and thermochemical properties of newly synthesized compounds using various spectroscopic techniques (NMR, EPR, IR, UV-Vis, Raman, XPS), crystallography, and electrochemistry.
  3. Apply the synthesized materials in energy storage and as selective sensors.

Throughout the duration of the project, the researcher will gain expertise in synthesizing and characterizing organic/inorganic molecules and nanomaterials, along with hands-on experience in energy storage and sensor device fabrication and testing.
