- Expertise in molecular biology techniques (e.g., cloning, site-directed mutagenesis, PCR, western blotting).
- Familiarity with imaging techniques and quantitative image analysis.

Job Description:
The selected candidate will contribute to ongoing research efforts in structural biology and drug discovery by performing the following tasks:
- Characterize the activity and mechanism of action of small molecules in enzyme-based assays.
- Perform protein crystallization and structure determination.
- Use mammalian cell culture techniques to assess the mechanism of action of small molecules on human cancer cell lines.
- Implement biophysical methods (e.g., ITC, MST, SPR) to study protein-protein and protein-ligand interactions.
- Apply molecular biology techniques (e.g., cloning, mutagenesis) for protein characterization.
- Quantify cellular imaging using advanced imaging and analysis techniques.
