Eligibility/Qualification
- An (almost) completed Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong motivation for scientific research in an interdisciplinary and international environment.
- A background in lung biology or lung diseases is preferred.
- Excellent English presentation and writing skills.
- Good organizational and communication abilities; team player.
- Must meet the criteria set by the European Commission for Doctoral Candidates.

The RESPIRE-EXCEL program is dedicated to transforming respiratory treatment through precision medicine by identifying specific disease mechanisms and developing tailored interventions. PhD students will engage with leading experts, conduct significant research projects, participate in various interdisciplinary courses, and benefit from a comprehensive training network.
