- Proficiency in modern data analytics techniques, including AI/ML, and familiarity with current trends in computational biology

Job Description:
As a Senior Postdoctoral Researcher in Prof. Torsten Schwede’s team, you will:
- Utilize computational methods for integrative modeling of macromolecular complexes, including protein assemblies and protein-ligand interactions.
- Conduct research to understand and predict protein-protein complementarity, design artificial protein binders, and investigate mutation effects on protein structure and function.
- Engage in protein representation learning to explore the dark proteome.
- Collaborate on the development of SWISS-MODEL and PLINDER, and contribute to community-driven initiatives such as CASP and CAMEO.
- Independently drive your research directions while being part of a dynamic and innovative research team within the Biozentrum’s collaborative environment.
