Eligibility/Qualification:
- For Computational Scientists: Experience in applying and developing advanced statistical and AI approaches to epigenomics data, with proficiency in R and Python for genomic data manipulation.
- For Wet-lab Scientists: Strong experience in high-throughput epigenomics and/or CRISPR targeting assays, with a record of successful methodology development. Some computational experience in genomic data analysis is desirable.
- Candidates should be willing and have a record of applying for personal postdoctoral fellowships within their first year.
Job Description:
The chosen candidate will operate within a collaborative and interdisciplinary team to investigate how enhancers, enhancer-promoter contacts, and cis-regulatory networks influence gene expression. Responsibilities include:
