Eligibility/Qualification:

Job Description:
The successful candidates will lead projects focused on understanding how Staphylococcus aureus and mycobacteria manipulate host cells and the surrounding tissue microenvironments by analyzing patient biopsies using advanced imaging techniques and mass spectrometry. Key responsibilities include:
- Employing multiplex immunohistochemistry, advanced feedback-driven imaging, image analysis, and visual proteomics.
- Mentoring graduate students and other trainees.
- Participating in grant writing, peer review, and other career development activities.
- Collaborating with core facilities offering state-of-the-art imaging and mass spectrometry platforms.
