- Prior experience with phylodynamic analyses

- Willingness to present research at international conferences
Job Description
The postdoctoral researcher will conduct fieldwork in Cambodia focusing on:
- Longitudinal studies in key premises
- Sampling birds and environments
- Sequencing positive samples
- Phylodynamic and computational analyses to investigate virus evolution and transmission dynamics
You will collaborate with INRAE, Institut Pasteur du Cambodge, and other stakeholders, contributing to surveillance and response strategies for avian influenza.
