Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Epigenetics, or a related field.
- Strong background in genomics, epigenomics, and chromatin biology.
- Experience in hematological research is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Job Description:
- Investigate the interplay between DNA (hydroxy)methylation and chromatin dynamics at distal gene regulatory regions during hematopoietic cell fate decisions.
- Explore the molecular mechanisms underlying the role of TET2 in the epigenetic control of chromatin during leukemia onset and progression.
- Conduct research on mRNA methylation-mediated post-transcriptional control in myeloid cell differentiation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative approaches to advance research in myeloid malignancies.
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences.
