Eligibility / Qualification:
- PhD completed by the call deadline.
- Up to 7 years of postdoctoral experience (extensions possible for documented career breaks).
- At least one first-author peer-reviewed publication (published or in press).
- Must not have resided or worked in Spain for more than 12 months in the past 3 years.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- High motivation and potential to become a future leader in cancer research.
- Must meet MSCA mobility requirements.
Job Description:
CarrerasLeaders fellows will:
- Design and conduct a self-chosen research project within the scope of blood cancers.
- Choose a supervisor among IJC’s 39 research group leaders or 8 platform managers.
- Participate in interdisciplinary and collaborative work including optional secondments (3–11 months).
- Receive customized training, mentorship, and access to state-of-the-art research infrastructure.
- Contribute to the IJC’s mission to translate lab discoveries into clinical impact.
