Eligibility/Qualification:

- Proven scientific excellence with documented experience in:

- Published research in reputable peer-reviewed scientific journals
- Independent, reliable with strong communication skills
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
Job Description:
The successful candidate will engage in the following tasks:
- Solid state synthesis of advanced materials
- Crystallization processes from molten salts and ionic liquids
- Structure analysis using X-ray and neutron diffraction
- Property characterization with PPMS and SQUID magnetometers
- Conducting ab-initio DFT calculations for property prediction
- Data analysis, interpretation, and theoretical modeling
- Establishing structure-property relationships
- Collaborating with national and international research teams
- Disseminating research findings through publications
