🎓 Eligibility / Qualification

  • PhD (or close to completion) in Life Sciences or a related field
  • 0–4 years of postdoctoral experience (excluding parental leave of up to 18 months)
  • Resided and conducted research outside of Italy in the last 3 years
  • At least one first-author publication in an international peer-reviewed journal (not predatory)
  • Strong motivation for collaborative and interdisciplinary research
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Preference given to candidates currently working in the USA
