🎓 Eligibility / Qualification
- PhD (or close to completion) in Life Sciences or a related field
- 0–4 years of postdoctoral experience (excluding parental leave of up to 18 months)
- Resided and conducted research outside of Italy in the last 3 years
- At least one first-author publication in an international peer-reviewed journal (not predatory)
- Strong motivation for collaborative and interdisciplinary research
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Preference given to candidates currently working in the USA
