Eligibility/Qualification
- A doctoral degree or expected completion by the time of appointment.
- Experience in inorganic solid-state chemistry, particularly with oxide materials.
- Expertise in powder and single crystal growth techniques.
- Proficient in X-ray structural analysis of inorganic solids.
Job Description
The successful candidate will engage in fundamental research to develop new bulk ionic conductors with specific frameworks that facilitate ionic conduction paths. Various synthesis techniques will be employed to evaluate the ionic conducting properties of these materials.
Additional Information:
- Starting Date: October 2025 or later (negotiable)
- Term: 1 year (renewable up to 5 years based on annual evaluation)
- Work Hours: 7 hours and 45 minutes a day, 5 days a week
- Salary: Monthly salary ranges from 317,570 JPY to 376,380 JPY (includes fixed overtime pay)
